I own a jewelry business in one to the mall in USA. I sell hip-hop kinds of jewelry mainly involved with crosses. I also sell rings, pendants, earrings and other item that has cross and crucifix on it. And if i take of these items out, then i won’t be able to sell any thing. 95% ppl buy this kinds of jewelry at my store. My whole family survive from this businees. I am not that educated and don’t have any other source to earn. Is it o.k to sell such items? Is there any Fatwa? Plz guide me

In the name of Allah Most Compassionate Merciful

I hope you are fine and in the best of health and iman.

It would be forbidden (haram) to sell such items in the shop, as you are assisting in spreading and propagating a wrong belief. It would be advisable that you do not sell those items, [and seek to expand your otherwise lawful business in other lines and with other products and by improving your marketing – Faraz]. If this doesn’t work, then look for an alternative business in the meantime.

And Allah alone knows best
