If a Hotel owner were to embrace Islam and he wants to do everything the Halal way. However, he does not want to sell his hotel how could he provide his non-Muslim customers with alcohol without being involved in the selling or serving process.
Could he have an outside service deliver drinks (Alcoholic and non-alcoholic) to the guests in trolleys that cover up the bottles (in a silver tray and lid for example). Or is there another way.

Walaikum assalam,
He cannot serve alcohol to his guest and he cannot consent to these being served to them. Allowing the outside service to do this is consent, of course.
Wassalam,
Faraz.
