Designing games for mobile phones

Q: I intend on designing educational and simulation games. This will be mostly on the mobile or console platform. A full game would last around 10 mins. It will not contain music nor will it contain any living creature. All will be robotic animations. This is part of my livelihood as I am a gaming programmer. Please advise.

A: Does it have any picture or image of animate objects? If it does have then it will not be permissible.
