Wife forcing the husband to promise that he will never touch her

Q: What to do if a wife asks her husband to make a promise to not even touch her till death (maut tak, married in 2015)? Must he make sabar?

Bismillaah

A: The husband must break the promise and make taubah for it. This type of promises are not at all right.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
