Will wudhu break through a woman’s hair becoming uncovered?

Answered according to Hanafi Fiqh by Muftionline.co.za

Q: Please advise if a woman is in wudhu. Will her wudhu break if her head is uncovered and her hair showing/visible to a non mehram?

Bismillaah

A: Though her wudhu will not break through her hair being exposed before a na-mahram, however since the hair of a woman forms part of the satr, she will be sinful for exposing her hair before a na-mahram.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
