Can woman remove the hair above the upperlip and make eyebrows. I heard that it should be removed if in excess.can it be removed just for the sake of the husband and to look beautiful to him?

Yes, women can remove hair from above upper lip rather it is better if they had some hair on the place: الا اذا نبت للمرأۃ لحیۃ أو شوارب فلا تحرم ازالتہ بل تستحب (رد المحتار: 9/536)
If the eyebrows are wide then they can be set to bring to a normal condition, but it is not right to shave them: ولا بأس بأخذ الحاجبین و شعر وجھہ ما لم یشبہ المخنث (رد المحتار: 9/536)
