In the Hanafi Madhab, what is the validity of the Jumu’ah (Friday) Prayer for incarcerated
Answer:
If there is a Paak place in the prison whereby a few prisoners can get together and perform Jumu’ah Salaah, then they should do so. If they are unable to find a clean place in the prison or they are not allowed to read their Salaah in congregation, then they should read Zuhr Salaah. Everyone should be allowed to join the congregation. Fataawaa Mahmoodiyah
