Shirk in the poems

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Askimam.org

I want to request you to look at and advise about the kalaam in the following link…it has been a well known and seemingly well appreciated kalaam in Pakistan but many ideas there in seem like shirk (naudhubillah)…..(the Kalaam is by a sufi poet ‘purnam Allahabadi’.

Answer

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykumwa-rahmatullāhiwa-barakātuh.

We do not know the Sufi poet purnam Allahabadi. You should refer to your local Aalim or Darul Iftaa. They will advise accordingly.
