What is the meaning of “Huzaila” and was it the name of any female companions?

Is it okay to name someone “Huzaila”? Please tell me its meaning. Was this the name of any of the female companions?

Huzaila Bint Thabit was the name of one of the female companions. “Huzaila” means thin. It is permissible to give this name as per Shari’ah.
