Although this is a Hadees and Hafiz Ibnul Qayyim Al Jawzie (Rah) has narrated it in his book JALAAUL AFHAAM FI FADHLIS SALATHI ALA MUHAMMADI KHAIRIL ANAMI and Hafidh Sakhawi (Rah) has narrated it in his book AL QAWLUL BADEE’I FIS SALATHI ALAL HABEEBI SHSHAFEE’I with regard to the chain of narrators it is weak. Anyhow there is no harm in practising it.
