HAZRAT MUFTI SAHAB.
HOW IS IT TO ACQUIRE EMPLOYMENT IN NON MUSLIM RESTAURANTS SUCH AS MCDONALDS WHEREAS THERE IS NO PERMISSION TO HAVE BEARD THERE. PLEASE REPLY SOON AND SOLVE MY PROBLEM. MAY ALLAH BLESS WITH ALL GOODNESS IN DUNYA AND AKHIRA AAMEEN AND AGAIN AAMEEN

In the name of Allah, the Most Beneficent and the Most Merciful
In order to avail of an employment in any organization if committing of non Shar’ia act such as shaving beard etc are compulsory and conditional, it is not permissible as per Shari’a to avail employment in such an organization regardless of whether the organization is owned by a Muslim or a non-Muslim. It is necessary to refrain from it.
