Who should lead prayer: Hafiz-e-Quran with trimmed beard or non-Hafiz with beard?

If a person is Hafiz-e-Quran but trims his beard and another one is not Hafiz-e-Quran but has the beard. Who amongst these deserves to lead the prayer?

Answer:

(Fatwa: 376/295/B=1434)

The person who has Islamic appearance and keeps full beard he should be asked to lead salah and he should be made Imam.
