I live in Ajman. In Ajman, the Khutba begins as soon as the time for Salah comes in and there is no time to perform the 4 Rakats Sunna. We can only perform these 4 Rakats Sunnat before the time for Salah comes in or after Salah. My question is what is the law for performing the 4 Rakats Sunnat before the time of the Zuhr Salah comes in?

If due to the commencing of the Khutba, the questioner dosn’t get the opportunity to perform 4 Rakats Sunnah before the Jumma Salah, then he should perform it after the Jumma Salah.
