In at least how many days should one complete the recitation of the Holy Quran? Some people complete its recitation in one day. Is this correct?

Even though it is permissible to complete the recitation of the Holy Quran, it is better for the general mass to recite the Quran slowly while pondering about its recitation and complete its recitation in seven, if not, three days. It is not possible to properly ponder about its recitation if completed in less than three days. This has also been narrated from the Holy Prophet ﷺ. Completing the recitation of the Quran in one day and night has also been established by some of the Sahaba and Tabi’een.
