Can we play cards with our friend with out gambling?

Assalam o alaikum, i am studying in Malaysia and i am a from Gujranwala Pakistan. my first question is “can we play cards with our friend with out gambling?
2: Witr Namaz is compulsory in isha prayer or not? without witr our isha is acceptable or not?

In the name of Allah, the Most Beneficent and the Most Merciful
Playing Cards even without any involvement of gambling too is Makrooh (detestable) since it is an idle and usless thing. Wasting one’s time in it falls within the boundary of Sin and it is inecessary to refrain from it.
Yes. Performing Witr is Wajib and it is not permissible to leave it. It is necessary to perform Qadha of it in case it is missed. However acceptance of Farz salah of Isha is not subject perform of Witr Salah.
