Assalamu Alaikum Is it permissible or not to give cow in Qurban in India? And who was Ahmed Raza Barelvi? What do the Ulama say? Must reply.

It is undoubtedly correct and permissible to make Qurbani of cows in India, however, in a given area if Hindus are in majority and there remains a risk of disputes, quarrels, mischief and violence etc., it is preferable and best to make Qurbani of goat, sheep etc..
