Inheritance Case

Question:

A person passed away and left behind a wife, one daughter, two full brothers and one full sister. There are no parents. How will the inheritance be distributed?

Answer:

The inheritance will be distributed according to the following:

Wife: 5/40^th (1/8^th) – 12.5%

Daughter: 20/40^th (1/2) – 50%

Each brother: 6/40^th – 15%

Sister: 3/40^th – 7.5%
