If a married women has committed a sin by having an extramarital affair and regrets it later. what is she to do to get the apology of the god and her husband and should she say to her husband of the affair she had. Kindly please reply.

(Fatwa: 2522/2082=B/1429)
Adultery is breach against the right of Allah; if she repents to Allah for her sins sincerely she does not need to seek forgiveness from her husband. Yes, if the husband is angry for some other matter she can ask for his forgiveness.
