Looking at the face of a youngster who does not have a beard

What is authenticity of the following narration?

من نظر إلى غلام أمرد بريبة حبسه الله في النار أربعين عاما

Answer:

‘Allamah ibn Taymiyyah (rahimahullah) has referenced this narration to Ibnul Jawzi [without mentioning a specific book]. I have not come across the complete chain.
