Is this Hadith authentic?

Answer

Imam Hakim (rahimahullah) has recorded this Hadith on the authority of Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (radiyallahu ‘anhu). He has declared the Hadith authentic and Hafiz Dhahabi concurs.

(Mustadrak Hakim, vol. 1 pg. 21. Also see: Targhib, vol. 3 pg. 232)

Translation

Islam is that you worship Allah and do not ascribe any partners to Him, establish salah, discharge zakah, fast in Ramadan, perform Hajj, enjoin good, forbid evil and greeting your household. Whoever omits one is omitting a portion of Islam and whoever omits all has turned his back to Islam.

And Allah Ta’ala Knows best.
