Mu’awiyah (radiyallahu ‘anhu) was not accused of fabricating Hadith

Is this narration authentic?

Muhammad Ibn Sirin (rahimahullah) said: “Mu’awiyah was not a suspect of fabricating Hadith of Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam)”

Answer

Imam Abu Dawud, Imam Abu Bakr Ibn Abi Shaybah and Imam Ahmad have recorded this with a reliable chain. Shaykh Muhammad ‘Awwamah (hafizahullah) states that the narrators are all reliable.

(Sunan Abi Dawud, Hadith: 4126, Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah, Hadith: 25753 and Musnad Ahmad, vol. 4 pg. 93)

And Allah Ta’ala Knows best.
