What is the reference for this Hadith?
“There is no believer who consoles his brother at the time of a calamity but that Allah Ta’ala will clothe him with noble garments on the Day of Qiyamah”

Imam Ibn Majah (rahimahullah) has recorded this Hadith in his Sunan. The Hadith is suitable to quote.
(Sunan Ibn Majah, Hadith: 1601. Refer Zawaid Ibn Majah, Hadith: 545)
And Allah Ta’ala Knows best.
