A du’a to recite during the last ten days of Ramadan

Du’a for the last 10 days of Ramadan:

اللهم اعتقني من النار وأدخلني الجنة

Allahumma a’tiqni minan nar wa adkhilni Al Jannata

O Allah! emancipate me from Jahannam and grant me entry into Jannah

Answer

I have not come across these particular words as a du’a to recite during the last ten days of Ramadan.

However, the last portion of Ramadan is when Allah Ta’ala emancipates people from Jahannam. The du’a in question is seeking emancipation from Jahannam.

A person a can recite the words in question or any other similar words without deeming those exact words Sunnah.

And Allah Ta’ala Knows best.
