Is this du’a from Hadith?
اللهم إني أصبحت منك في نعمة وعافية وستر فأتمّ نعمتك عليّ وعافيتك وسترك في الدنيا والآخرة

Yes it is.
Sayyiduna ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Abbas (radiyallahu’anhuma) reports that that Rasulullah (sallallahu’alayhi wasallam) said:
Whoever recites these words thrice every morning and evening, is guaranteed to have his bounties perfected by Allah Ta’ala.
(Ibnus Sunni, Hadith: 55 with a weak chain. Also see Al-Adhkar, Hadith: 242 and Nataijul Afkar, vol.2 pg.411-413)
Translation
O Allah, I begin a new day seeking from You, bounties, well-being and concealment, so perfect Your bounties, well-being and concealment for me in this world and the Hereafter.
And Allah Ta’ala Knows best,
