A time will come wherein a person will only be concerned about his belly

ليأتين على الناس زمان يكون همة أحدهم فيه بطنه ودينه هواه

Answer:

This narration is recorded in Kitabuz Zuhd of Imam ‘Abdullah ibnul Mubarak (rahimahullah) as the statement of Sayyiduna ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Abbas (radiyallahu ‘anhuma).

(Kitabuz Zuhd: 613. Also see: Sharhus Sunnah, under Hadith: 4117)

The narration is suitable to quote as the statement of Sayyiduna ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Abbas (radiyallahu ‘anhuma).

Translation

A time will surely come upon people, wherein the only concern of a person will be his belly and his religion will be his desires.

And Allah Ta’ala Knows best.
