Did Rasulullah (sallallahu’alayhi wasallam) do tawaf during Mina stay?

 Is this proven from Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) that he performed Nafl Tawafs during those nights whilst staying in Mina in the Days of Haj?

Yes.
