I would like to query the authenticity of a Hadith which states that one should read Surah Takathur and Surah Ikhlas when visiting the grave.

A Hadith of this nature has been cited in non primary Hadith sources and is referenced to Abul Qasim Az Zanjani’s Fawaid. I have not come across the chain and can therefore not comment on the authenticity.
