What is the explanation and authenticity of the following Hadith?
يا عمار، إن لله ملكا أعطاه أسماع الخلائق كلها، وهو قائم على قبري، إذا مت إلى يوم القيامة، فليس أحد من أمتي يصلي علي صلاة إلا أسماه باسمه، واسم أبيه، قال: يا محمد، صلى عليك فلان، فيصلي الرب على ذلك الرجل بكل واحدة عشرا
Answer
Imam Tabarani (rahimahullah) has recorded this Hadith on the authority of Sayyiduna ‘Ammar ibn Yasir (radiyallahu ‘anhuma) with a weak chain. Similar narrations with slight variation in the wording are also recorded in Musnad Bazzar and other Hadith collections.

The narration is sufficiently corroborated and suitable to quote.

Explanatory translation
Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said, “O ‘Ammar! Allah Ta’ala has given some angels the ability to hear the creation. He is stationed at my graveside, from the time of my demise until the Day of Qiyamah. When anyone from my ummah sends salutations upon me, the angel takes his name as well as his father’s name and says, ‘O Muhammad! So and so has sent salutations upon you.’ Allah Ta’ala then invokes ten mercies on this person for each salutation.
Note: Some versions of this narration have the words ‘إن لله ملكا أعطاه أسماء الخلائق كلها.’ In this case the translation will be, ‘Allah Ta’ala has given an angel the list of names of the entire creation.
And Allah Ta’ala Knows best.
