Q: I’m 18 and I’ve got a really good proposal but the guy is 34. He comes from a good home and a good family. My parents would be against it but I feel it wrong to chase taqdeer (predestination). What should I do?

A: Khair (goodness) and barakat (blessing) is in that you do with your parents happiness and blessings.
