Safeguarding the tongue and private parts ensures Jannah

Is this Hadith authentic?

Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said:

“Whoever is protected from the evil of the tongue, mouth and genitals, Jannah becomes incumbent upon him.

Answer

Imam Daylami (rahimahullah) has recorded this narration on the authority of Sayyiduna Anas (radiyallahu ‘anhu). ‘Allamah ‘Iraqi (rahimahullah) has declared the chain weak.

(Refer: Al Mughni ‘An Hamlil Asfar, Hadith: 2816)

Imam Bayhaqi (rahimahullah) has recorded the following Hadith with variation in the wording and has declared it weak:

Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said:

“Whoever has been protected from the evil of the tongue, mouth and genitals, has been protected from all evil.

(Shu’abul Iman, Hadith: 5026)

Imam Bukhari (rahimahullah) has recorded the following Hadith on the authority of Sahl ibn Sa’d As Sa’idi (radiyallahu ‘anhu):

“Whoever can guarantee [to protect] what is between his jaw [i.e. the tongue] and what is between his legs [i.e the private parts], I will guarantee him Jannah.

(Sahih Bukhari, Hadith: 6474, 6807)
