Could you please relate the Hadith with reference please, where it is said that
‘if Sayyidatuna Hajra (radiyallahu ‘anha) had not said “Zam Zam”, the water would have continued flowing’

The Hadith is in Sahih Bukhari, Hadith: 3363 and has the exact words you are querying.
Its one of the longest Hadiths in the book.
