Is this a Masnun du’a?

Yes. This is a Masnun du’a recorded in Mustadrak Hakim, Al Mu’jamul Kabir and other Hadith collections. ‘Allamah Haythami (rahimahullah) has declared the chain of narrators of Imam Tabarani as good (jayyid).

(Mustadrak Hakim, vol. 1 pg. 541, Al Mu’jamul Kabir, Hadith: 14288)

Explanatory translation

O Allah! I ask you for a pure life, a sound death [before reaching senility] and a return [to the Hereafter] which is not disgraceful or embarrassing.

(Refer: Faydul Qadir, Hadith: 1511)

And Allah Ta’ala Knows best.
