Q. Are capsules with Beef Gelatin Halaal? These are branded “Boots” from the UK.
A. Beef gelatin MAY be halaal if the skin etc. used to make the gelatin is obtained from halaal slaughtered animals. Usually this would be labeled as “halaal gelatin”. We are not aware if ‘Boots’ uses halaal gelatin in their capsules.
