I saw the site had the answer to a divorce question…..A man giving divorce 3 times in one majlis in anger to please his mother?

الجواب و بالله التوفيق
The divorce given 3 times in one majlis (one sitting) would take effect as 3 divorces. However, it was not right to do such, just to please your mother. If a situation arose in which you thought that you could not live any longer with your wife, then in order to separate from her, you could have simply given one divorce and then allow the iddah to pass without revoking the divorce. This would have brought about the separation you needed.
