 Answer:

Saaiduna Zaid Bin Arqam raḍyAllāhu 'anhu (may Allāh be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet of Allah ṣallallāhu 'alayhi wa sallam (peace and blessings of Allāh be upon him) delivered a sermon in which he said … I leave with you two weighty things- the first is the Book of Allah in which there is guidance and nuur, therefore, hold steadfast to the book of Allah… and my family- I remind you of Allah regarding my family, I remind you of Allah regarding my family.” (At-Taleeq us Sabih Sharah Mishkaat p.385 v.7)

The wives of the Prophet of Allah ṣallallāhu 'alayhi wa sallam (peace and blessings of Allāh be upon him) are included in the Ahle Bait. Allah subḥānahu wa ta'āla (glorified and exalted be He) says in the Holy Qur’an:

“Allah only wishes to remove uncleanliness from you O Ahle Bait, and cleanse you with a thorough cleansing.” (Surah Ahzaab v.53)

With regards to your question, the virtues of the Prophet of Allah Sallallahu Alahi Wasalams wives being from the Ahle Bait and being purified by Allah subḥānahu wa ta'āla (glorified and exalted be He) is restricted only to the wives of the Prophet of Allah ṣallallāhu 'alayhi wa sallam (peace and blessings of Allāh be upon him). This virtue does not apply to the wives of any other men even though his lineage may trace back to the Prophet of Allah ṣallallāhu 'alayhi wa sallam (peace and blessings of Allāh be upon him).
