How does a man with no hands performs istinjaa?
Answer:
In the name of Allah, the most Beneficent, the most Merciful.
A person who has a serious illness or in the case mentioned in the question, cannot perform Istinjaa then one’s spouse is allowed to perform istinjaa for them, for another person to perform istinjaa (without a cloth/veil) will be impermissible.(Masaail Raf’at Qaasmi p113 v1 and Fatawah Mahmoodiyah p46 v2)
