Question:

Dear Sirs,
I tell you that I prepared my questions regarding my grandma for heirs in father property but Hindu rewaj her name didn’t include in father property.

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Answer:

The Noble Quran1 unequivocally states that women do receive a share of the inheritance.

There are seven categories of women who inherit: The daughter, granddaughter, mother, granddaughter, sister, wife, and the master who frees.2

The customs of other cultures and religions should not hinder our religious obligations.

Only Allah knows best
