Question:
Can one 7-part animal have a Fardh Qurbani and a Sadaqah Qurbani together?
I believe in Hidayah there is something to say it cannot be done.

Answer:
It is permissible to share the animal in 7 shares if it is a big animal like a cow or such, they all must have the intention of either the Fardh or Nafl Qurbani and the intention of sacrifice for the sake of Allah otherwise it will not be permissible, however according to the opinion of Abu Hanifah it is Makruh if they all have different intentions and the best would be to have the same intention[1]. In direct response to your question, it will be allowed to do so.
