I want to perform Ghusl Janaba but I suffer urinary incontinence (very minor urine drop every 2 minutes or so). I’ve showered 4 times today, but every time I finish and light check on my part a small drop of urine noticeable. Does this mean that my Janaba Ghusl is not valid anymore?

Answer:
If a person suffers from urinary incontinence his ghusl Janaba will be done as this does not validate the ghusl however in such a condition one will be counted as excused ( madhur *) and will have to perform ablution at the time of each salaat in order to pray. (1)
(*Please note the term madhur applies to a person who suffers a chronic ailment for a complete prayer time and is, therefore, is unable to maintain wudhu for the time needed to offer prayer. One is therefore excused and permitted to pray even with the presence of the illness.)
The Holy Prophet s.a.w said the women with extended bleeding is to perform wudhu for each prayer. (2)
The following Hadith is in regard to one who is Madhur so anybody who falls under such illness or similar issues can fall under this category.
