Is lipstick haram in Islam?

In The Name Of Allah, The Most-Merciful, The Most Kind

For women to apply lipstick is permissible. However, if the lipstick is such that it prevents water from reaching the skin when performing wudhu or ghusl, then it will not be correct unless removed. It should also be kept in mind that the ingredients of the lipstick should be permissible.
