Question:
AssalamuAlaikum,
Hazrat, it is mentioned that a woman who observes the correct laws of hijaab in this world- not just covering the face, but only emerging from her home at times of utter necessity-
Allah Himself will visit her in Jannah.
Is this true or based on any Hadith?

A Hadeeth providing the exact meaning you have quoted in the question could not be located based upon the Hadeeth resources available at this point in time. If in the future such a Hadeeth is located an effort will be made to inform you of it.
However, the following Hadeeth has been located which gives the glad tidings of Paradise to a woman who obeys her husband and adheres to the other injunctions of the Shariah:
It was narrated that ‘Abdur-Rahman bin ‘Awf said: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: If a woman prays her five (daily prayers), fasts her month (i.e. Ramadaan), guards her chastity and obeys her husband, it will be said to her: Enter Paradise by whichever of the gate of Paradise you wish.” (Musnad Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal, Hadeeth number 1661).[1]
