Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullah
During Ramadan, I was kissing my wife’s body using my mouth/tongue and I tasted saltiness from her body. I did not rinse my mouth out until maybe 5 or 10 minutes later. Is my fast valid?

The taste/wetness that is found after is excused as it is hard (close to impossible) to stay away from like the wetness of water when a person gargles. If a person was to ejaculate then his fast would be nullified and he would have to make up the fast with qadha.
There is also a hadith of the Prophet (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him) that he used to kiss his wife in the state of fasting.
