Question:

Can we fast without having Sehri in normal days?

Answer

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

It is a Sunnah of the Prophet of Allah ṣallallāhu 'alayhi wa sallam (peace and blessings of Allāh be upon him) to have sehri before fasting. Saaiduna Abdul Aziz Bin Suhaib narrates that he heard Saaiduna Anas Bin Malik raḍyAllāhu 'anhu (may Allāh be pleased with him) say that the Prophet of Allah ṣallallāhu 'alayhi wa sallam (peace and blessings of Allāh be upon him) has said, “Do sehri as there is blessing in doing sehri.” (Sahih Bukhari p.257 v.1)

Regarding your question, you don’t have to partake in the Sehri, for your fast to be accepted in the month of Ramadhan or outside the month of Ramadhan. It is desirable to have Sehri, but not mandatory in any way.
