A man who knows his income is unlawful or haram. He is offering five times of salah. He donated big amount madrasa. His relation with many Ulama my cause he is big donor. My question is that is his salah and donation to madrasa accepted to Allah (SWT)?

ان الله طيب لا يقبل الا طيباً
Allah is pure and He accepts only that which is pure. Hence the person who gives money in madrasa should take it in mind.
