If prayer time has started and I pray sunnah before adhan is it necessary to repet sunn rakt again for exampl if in dohr salah I prayed 4 rakah sunnah and after completion or while praying adhan started is it obligatery to repeat 4 rakah sunnah?

The sunnah was valid, there is no need to repeat it.
