Are there any restrictions when brushing teeth while fasting?

assalamu alaikum is it permit able to brush the teeth by using pepsodent or any other paste at the time of fasting.

(Fatwa: 1613/1285/L=1430)

It is makrooh to use Pepsodent or any tooth paste during fast, and if its particles went inside mouth, it will break the sawm.
