Assalm-u-alaikum My question is:- Can a women be involve in intercourse after her menopause (Ceasing of Mensus)? Jazakallah
Answer:
(Fatwa: 358/189/D=1432)
If intercourse is not injurious for menopausal woman, she can have it.
يحرم على الزوج و طأ زوجته مع بقاء النكاح فيما إذا كانت لا تحتمله لصغر أو مرض أو سمنة … فعلم من هذا كله أنه لا يحل له وطؤها بما يؤدي إلى إضرارها (شامى: 3/204 كتاب النكاح، ط:سعيد)
