Asalamu alikum wb respected scholars of Deoband, My friend divorced his wife 3 times constantly while angry in the presence of an Imam! then they separated for 4 years, now they want to become husband & wife again, what are the precedures for becoming husband & wife after triple Talaaq? Answer:
(Fatwa: 1547/1326=B/1429)
In the above mentioned case, both can rejoin as husband and wife after doing halala legally. The process of it is that the wife marries another man and he does intercourse with her. In case of divorce from this man, the woman, after passing the iddah period, can marry your friend again with new mahr (dower) and then they can live together as husband and wife.
