Have I committed a mistake by not entering Ihram for Umrah on return from Medina?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
Assalaamu Aalaikum Mufti Saab, I went to perform Umrah from Bombay to Jeddah and entered state of Ihram from Bahrain as the meeqat comes during the flight from Bahrain. Alhamdulillah as I intended to do Umrah, I completed my Umrah and did another umrah from Masjid – e- Aisha. I then went next day to Medina to visit Masjid e Nabuwi and on returning I did not intend to do Umrah again and returned from Medina to Makaah without Ihram. Have I committed a mistake? and if yes what should I do as now I am back in Bombay. Please advice urgently.

In the question mentioned above one dam (slaughtering animal) is wajib due to passing from miqat without wearing ihram. Now you should send the price of one medium goat by which a goat could be slaughtered within the boundary of Holy Haram.
