I want to get separated from my wife as she has failed to perform the duties of wife and refuses every time to come closer to me.Iam suffering for the last several years in spite of my best efforts her attitudes have not improved.I have decided to say 3Talaaq and get married elsewhere and lead a poise life according to shariyat.Please advice me as to how do i proceed in this regard,the procedure etc.

Your decision of giving three divorces is wrong. If the wife faces sexual problem which can be cured then get her treated. If she is morally unwell, then try to solve the matter by convincing and mutual understanding. However, if you have tested all the ways and she is unable to fulfil your sexual needs and the matter had reached to an unbearable point then you should have second marriage and keep the first wife as well. But, if you can not afford two wives financially then give her one Talaq and get separation from her. It is sin to give three talaqs unnecessarily.
